5 cards in a envelope reached my hand. No approval sms at all.

Question about annual fee waiver:
My accumulated points is only 11,000
but according to redeem rewards page, annual fee waiver needs 25,000 points for Gold card.

So, can i just call the phone banking customer care consultant to ask for annual fee waiver?

Is the cashback Rm200 all in 1 card, all separate?

Separate to each card, I.e. platinum get RM200, gold get RM150 once approved..

T&C said just 1 card will receive cash back regardless how many cards you apply right?

Btw, I had 1 question here.. For platinum cards, we will get 3x points for oversea spending (including foreign currency online transactions) right? Does this including Business Platinum card? Or just that normal platinum visa and mastercard entitled?

Is there any way to set the threshold SMS alert to below RM 250? Or RM 250 is the min that I can set.

I've been charged Annual Fee of RM250 on my MasterCard Platinum they are unable to waive with a call to the Platinum CS line.

I've proceeded to CANCEL the card instead.... now waiting for Cancellation Dept to call me....

business visa gold or platinum also can get the RM300 cash back? or got any hidden requirements?

The free 11,000 CP given to redeem government service tax is now only granted upon request.

My card annual date is in June and the 11,000 CP was not shown in my statements in July, August and September.  It is only reflected in my current statement in October after I requested SCB to grant me 11,000 CP about 3 weeks ago.

Is the choice points tie to the single card or accumulated among all the cards?

so if i asked for waiver of 3 cards, then its 10,000 points for each of the 3 cards?..

Gt any ppl knw any t&c tie to the cash amount, eg. Minimum transaction amt or first transaction only? So far I knw, you cn use freely for many transactions up to the amt being utilized fully. Is it correct?

received my scb visa platinum..they will waived the annual fees for 2 years..for 3rd year have to call customer service to manually waived the fee...forgot to ask if after 3rd year they will waived it or not?
