I just called to inquire about the remaining cash back. Apparently I will only be getting it end of Sept even though my 1 month anniversary has passed. So I pointed out on the 30 days clause and requested him to make a note.

ronnie, the extra cashback already appear in your online banking system? if yes, is it after the 2nd statement?
i contacted pref CS and i was told the cashback will only appear after the 2nd statement is generated. |
