bought mine at Seremban Celcom Centre. walk in around 9:30 am, the first one to buy (without pre-order). process took around 1.5 hours (more to borak2 w the staff) yet nobody came in and buy the iP4S. Maxis centre nearby already crowded like sardine around 9am Sadly, I can't use my Celcom prepaid number to register on the plan. Have to subscribe to new number

QUOTE(Hari Seldon @ Dec 16 2011, 05:26 PM) What model did you bought? As I recall they have only four units for 32GB model on the launch day. I only bought 16GB Black. Not interested in white. The sales person inform me there's 30 units available for walk-in purchase, all model available.

Today I got the bill from CELCOM and I'm shocked with the amount I have to pay I registered i68 PLAN on the first day launch (16 Dec 2011). Only using about 150MB of data n 110 out of 3000 minutes free call. I send a few text, but less than 10 text since I'm still using my prepaid number for SMS purposes. MMS? None. Yet, its just about 11 days and they charged me RM90+??!!! Seems ridiculous. As far as I know, I should only be paying round RM43 every month for i68 plan. Is this a mistake from Celcom or there's hidden charge that I don't know. First time postpaid user btw. How bout you guys? Anyone with same issue as mine? Thanks in advance.

QUOTE(CreamMilk @ Dec 27 2011, 09:28 PM) I am using i98, getting a bill around RM12x.xx I did called and asked why so high, they told me it's the first time charges, some prorate charges (mine is 18 Dec - 17 Jan) You can register and check on their online customer service, from they u can retrieve your itemised bill. I've checked online, but there's no statement of the overcharged bill. In fact, there's no bill statement there. As far as tonight, I only got the SMS bout the bill amount, nothing on the OCS. Btw, what's "prorate charges'? Why suddenly have to pay so much? Did they mentioned this in the contract?

QUOTE(zachsta @ Dec 27 2011, 10:07 PM) prorate means u cycle month is not complete, for example the full cycle is 18 nov - 17 dec. U only start using the package on 16 disember for example, so u will be charge from 16 dis - 17 dis. For the bill, celcom policy is u pay first before use. that's mean the bill u got for this cycle is "monthly commitment for next month + prorate + tax". I'm using i98 plan, my first bill around rm113++, my 2nd bill until now is rm77++ only ahhh, so the RM96+ is not the amount I already used, but the payment for the upcoming month by the policy "pay first then use" right? I see but y so much aa? How much did they charged for the prorate? Man, I'm so noob that I must go to Celcom Centre tomorrow for explanation

Question. I've paid my first i68 bill yesterday, around 4 PM, using CIMBclicks. Yet, up until now, when I view OCS my total amount due still RM90+ (seems like I haven't done the payment).
Did they not accept online bank transaction payment method or the process to verify the payment take too long? I'm scared liaoo rugi about RM90+ =(
P/S: and yes, I've triple checked my celcom acc num etc during the payment

K guys here's a question.
Like most of people, I bought the iP4S from Celcom togethe with the data plan on 16th Dec last year. Rumors have it that the iP5 coming to Malaysia on the 26th Oct 2012. So my questions are,
Option 1: Will Celcom allow me to buy the iP5 and continue my existing data plan. What will the price of the phone then?
Option 2: Will Celcom allow me to buy the iP5 and subscribe to their new iPhone plan using my current number (tied with iP4S contract)? How long will the contract be? Is it 12 months + remaining months of the iP4S contact (November + December)?
Sorry if my sentences are confusing or anybody already came up with this question before.
