I refer to celcom website the new celcom broadband is up to 7.2mbps.

but this one I got from their website also

HSDPA- (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) is a new mobile telephone protocol sometimes referred to as a 3.5G or 3G technology. HSDPA is an evolution of the 3G standards, and increases the data download speeds for mobile devices with capability to offer data transmission speeds of up to 7.2Mbps (in Celcom we offer speeds of up to 3.6Mbps).
