Can someone explain what is the upfront payment for? Is it use to deduct the bills?
I am asking because I don't really see how celcom plan is cheaper the the Digi plan @ Rm53 per month with 200 mins call while i98 only gives 100mins call.
(i98)RM98-(digi)RM53=RM45 x 12months=RM540
Digi iphone = Rm1990 Celcom iPhone = RM1738(including upfront payment) Difference = Rm252
Celcom user pay Rm252 cheaper for phone but pay extra RM540 over next the 12 months so its RM288 more.

QUOTE(ericpires @ Sep 3 2011, 01:07 PM) Digi where got 1 year plan, bro? Yah...@RM53 per month with 200mins and 1 GB, i would extend it for 10 years. Just like a loan...when the interest rate is low, you wanna lock in as long as possible. This post has been edited by lightning69: Sep 3 2011, 02:59 PM

QUOTE(greenlp_87 @ Sep 5 2011, 01:21 AM) good choice mate...can prevent u from getting bill shock.. Same in Celcom lah. I was using the Celcom 3G for Rm38 1 GB plan for 2 months and have to cancel them because of celcom bullshit charges. I was bill 500MB for 1 day while my phone only shows 8MB. and the 2nd day they charge another 250 MB for again a few MB of usage. I call them and they say they investigate, but then a few days later I receive a sms saying my 1 GB limit is used up while I hardly use the internet. Went to celcom office to cancel and they counter guy told me the same happen to his friend who don't use the 3g that often but got heavy usage in the bill too.
