Upfront payment can get back or not?

In a while, im just waiting ip5 launch, and im prepare to covert my maxis to celcom

for celcom, please provided very attractive package on your next gen iphone, if u are better than maxis, surely im ready to convert to 019

So when celcom expected go for ipong5

hopefully celcom will order a lot of iphone 4s, im plan to convert from maxis to celcom coz of celcom more cheaper than maxis

6000 minutes free = 100 hrs / MONTH

I dont care if 2 week or more, if celcome give better than maxis, absolutely i will pick celcom

Need to wait all operator start selling their ip4s first, then at that time can know which operator can give better

last price for iphone 4 16g i248 24 month only RM248

so there has different RM300 compare iphone4 and 4s

i think i will go for i68

coz why

1. office & home already got wifi
2. 50 hours free celcom to celcom mostly more than enough

now im thinking to take 12 or 24 month contract or not?

coz why

if 24mth, upfront RM420 or RM35/month

and monthly commitment if i choose i68 = 68 -35 = RM33/month

celcom not offer for prepaid user ka like last ip4?

Hopefully this january celcom will order more stock

any celcom branch who still want to proceed MNP with ip4s? any recommendation?
