Customer who subscribes for 24 Months contract (All Plans) will be entitled for FREE 12 months Extended Warranty. The warranty will start immediately after the first 12 months manufacturer warranty ended. Customer is subject to terms and conditions imposed by the insurance agency. Below herewith is the scopes of coverage which may be amended from time to time and among the coverage are;
• 12 months from the date of expiry of device manufacturer’s warranty i.e. 13th month on-wards
• Phone breakdown
• Replacement of phone beyond economic repair
