how long does it take for celcom to activate the plan after registering?mine is 2 days already..is it normal to wait this long?

it,s the third day edi celcom still not activating my i98... and here i am waiting inside celcom center for almost 1 and half hour..yet my turn still not being called....how sad...

that means, in your case, it is the celcom staff is being lazy. not because of procedure or que or whatever reason

i called the midvalley blue cube more than 10 times today..but no answer,i followed what usaid..push to customer service..that custoerservice guy called the cube on behalf of me, the cube boss said..they have lot of registration forms to key in....lolol..silly answer..does it take more than 3 days to activate that thingy..well..the CS guy said...they will activate my account tomorrow morning..will give until noon or else i have to chase them all the time!..

just wanna share the story with celcom user....after i called CS friday morning, he told me to wait after solah jumaat..then until 330pm nothing happened...at 4 pm all of sudden, the celcom said my line has been cut( prepaid line). so i put it the microsim given during the purchase inside my iphone 4s, yet the line still no service!..i borrowed my friend's phone and called CS again..the CS girl told me that they were really sorry with the problem caused...she said, my prepaid line has been deactivated for sake of changing the plan from prepais to postpaid..she said usually it took 24 hours..the earliest possible that they can do...but the longest i have to wait is 1 week working days..then i questioned her..now it,s almost 5 pm...pretty sure cant activate the line today...so how about next 3 holidays?..she only could say...' we r really sorry about that'..this is crazy or what....do u think i need to wait for a week just to activate the package?? the worst thing is..i cant recieved or make any call from my number...so sad...my loyalty to celcom almost 10 years gone to the drain edi!..
