guys, today went to bluecube, what the guy told me was - u pay RM200 deposit sure u will get yr 4S, but NOT guarantee you will get it on 16th he said between 16th-31st @@ So I asked again, means latest by 31st I will get is it? He said NO, it's not confirm...............

nope, according to the bluecube guy, he said there's no guarantee to get it on 16th, he even asked me to think twice b4 paid the NON-Refundable RM200 deposit.
He also said the launch event on 15th nite, will have free gift, but there's no free gift for RM200 deposit.
at the end I still go for it, because I really don't feel like going to queue, not at all, I just want to walk in and get the phone.

The deposit is to secure yr iphone only, they don't even know what color and wat capacity will be available
They might call me on 16th or 17th or 18th.......or 31st
They guy also said - dono the call plan, dono wat color, dono wat capacity, dono when, it's gamble

i am just sharing wat the bluecube (Mid Valley) guy told me, you don't have to use such an uneducated harsh word on your reply.

why only extra 25? i98 also has 300 upfront payment...

received call from MV bluecube around 4.40pm, damn I didn't pick up as I was away from my desk. around 5pm I call back, they ask wat model i want, I want 32GB white, and it's ady finished T.T

just half an hour late..........i am sad.

they said probably can collect only on 17th, but they will call if any update...haih, thought can get it on 16th.

no, MV bluecube very blur i would say.
all other outlets let you choose the model when u pay the deposit.

I just collected mine, don't bother to call them, they got no time to entertain phone call

I am using i98, getting a bill around RM12x.xx
I did called and asked why so high, they told me it's the first time charges, some prorate charges (mine is 18 Dec - 17 Jan)
You can register and check on their online customer service, from they u can retrieve your itemised bill.

Any way to check Celcom i98 plan sms usage? It free 200 sms/month, can I check how many free sms remaining during mid of the month? I know I can check the data usage at Celcom online? But what about sms or even call minutes?

just send my ip4s for warranty, it takes 2 weeks - 1 month WORKING DAYS. sigh...... very sad.

it's already 3 weeks, no news at all.
Called the blue cube and they NEVER bother to pick up phone call
been calling for few days, at least 5 times a day, ring until the phone cut off...
looks like I have to purposely travel there, sigh

Don't bother with their warranty, I am ssooooooooo regretted to claim the warranty.
I should have just went outside to fix the phone within half an hour, instead of sending it to celcom and it takes AGES to claim the warranty.

yea, i know we somehow paid for the warranty, our right.
but without my iphone, i am just like loosing my left arm, i am a super heavy smart phone user.
some more, i dun have any backup phone, i have to spend $$$ to buy a cheapo phone to survice while waiting for celcom ages warranty claim.

So my advice to other celcom iphone user, THINK TWICE if you want to claim the warranty @@

I have no idea what can I do now... called celcom customer care line and been told to follow up with the branch which i sent in the phone. Went to the branch and they told me not yet receive the phone back from Apple, want to cancel and get it back also cannot!

I believe by the time I get my phone back iphone 5 already launched

1 and a half month, sent in my iphone 4s on 11 August.
And Celcom still couldn't return my phone

Iphone 5 already launched in few country, few of my frens already using it.
Celcom! You are the man!! I think it might take 1-2 YEARS to claim warranty
