Terms and Conditions for Walk In Pre-Order for iPhone 4S ("iPhone 4S")
1. Customer may pre-order the iPhone 4S from 9th December 2011 to 15th December 2011 ("Pre-order Period") at 184 the outlets as per the attached list.
2. Customer may only pre-order one (1) device during the Pre-order Period.
3. Upon making the pre-order Customer must pay a booking fee of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred (RM200.00) Only ("Booking Fee"). Celcom shall deduct the Booking Fee from the total package price of the iPhone Package Plan ("iPhone Package Plan") selected by the Customer. Customer must pay the iPhone Package Plan during the collection day.
4. Collection of the iPhone 4S must be done at the outlet where the pre-order is made.
5. Celcom shall forfeit the Booking Fee in the event of any cancellation.
6. Customer may collect the iPhone 4S from same outlet until 31 December 2011 ("Collection Period"). Celcom reserves the right to offer any uncollected iPhone 4S after the expiry of the Collection Period to other customers and shall forfeit the Booking Fee.
7. For the registration of the iPhone Package Plan, the following terms shall apply:
a. Customer must not be blacklisted by any telecommunication company;
b. If Customer is under an existing Celcom Package Plan contract, Customer may be able to upgrade to iPhone Package Plan provided that the remaining months left in the Customer’s existing Celcom Package Plan contract does not exceed six (6) months.
c. For an existing Celcom customer, the line must be active with no outstanding amount and no call barring on the account.
8. Use of the iPhone constitutes acceptance of the iPhone terms and conditions and other third party terms and conditions found in the iPhone box.
9. Celcom reserves the right to amend and omit and/or vary any of these terms and conditions without prior notice to the Customer and the Customer shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof.
10. Other rate plan terms and conditions apply.
