maybe coz maxis coverage is better at ur place? for me~ i already done with maxis... their service really suck & blood sucking too... the day i terminated their service i feel free & now much happier with celcom~

I registered i68 PLAN on the first day launch (16 Dec 2011). Only using about 150MB of data n 110 out of 3000 minutes free call. I send a few text, but less than 10 text since I'm still using my prepaid number for SMS purposes. MMS? None. Yet, its just about 11 days and they charged me RM90+??!!! Seems ridiculous. 

As far as I know, I should only be paying round RM43 every month for i68 plan. Is this a mistake from Celcom or there's hidden charge that I don't know. First time postpaid user btw.

How bout you guys? Anyone with same issue as mine? Thanks in advance.

this is normal for first bill~ur bill charge will be back to normal on the 2nd bill. Celcom is charging u first before entering the next bill, for example ur 1st bill is rm90++ = "rm43++(18dec - 17jan)" + prorate(16dec-17dec) + 6% gov tax + stamp fee rm10 (one time charge)

prorate means u cycle month is not complete, for example the full cycle is 18 nov - 17 dec. U only start using the package on 16 disember for example, so u will be charge from 16 dis - 17 dis.

For the bill, celcom policy is u pay first before use. that's mean the bill u got for this cycle is "monthly commitment for next month + prorate + tax".

I'm using i98 plan, my first bill around rm113++, my 2nd bill until now is rm77++ only

Yeah. U got it right! U can check ur bill detail on their online customer service website. U have to register first to check ur bill online. For me, using Celcom is the best. No bill shock & excellent coverage ^^

Nope~~ only the speed will be throttled if u exceed the allocated data which is 2gb
