Yeah, Try turn off, restart ,Set the carrier to manual on celcom and even my exiting micro sim(celcom) at S3 unit was turn off as well, still like that , I registered at Sunway Iconic Bluecube on 14/12/12

is my first time register iPhone on Celcom...my very bad experience on celcom doh.gif

Same with me bro, my first time do pre-order with celcom, I queue for 2 hours , those customer walk in they been treated in a side and get the iPhone 5 first ..compare to those pre-order still in long queue..da fuk Celcom doing ! mad.gif mad.gif vmad.gif

before i left bluecube , i had double check my sim card serial and register form -stick with green barcode with SN and confirm both is correct.

unless these people are too busy or is their culture on slow poke... doh.gif

Mine since 14-dec til now haven't activate. Luckily I register new line instead of porting existing ones. They claimed system down need wait til Monday.

Wonder when only Celcom can start to improve their CS ., WTF

Got the phone last friday around lunchtime and they say it will take 24hrs to activate nano sim. I waited until Saturday 2pm but still not activate yet. Called up celcom helpdesk to report this and they told me to go back to the bluecube outlet where I bought from to check and activate the line. WTF?? I called that bluecube branch rather than go there and made a complaint!!!. Got my line activated around 9pm on that night itself.

this is my experience getting iphone 5 black 64GB.

first of all. it is free of any scratch. so here goes my story. i got a friend who have a friend working in celcom. so i asked her can she help me secure a unit for me. it was last week a day before launch. so she told me her friend can help provided i came early 9 am during the launching day. but i cant make it. so i told her to just let it go.

on friday evening she told me do i want to secure a set, if want can come take on monday (today) so i told her thats cool i want it. just ask her friend to reserve one for me. i want iphone 5 black 32gb. so she forward confirm reserve one set to me.

so today i went to her friend early in the morning. she straight away come to me fill up form and then she brought the set, which is already open. actually it was the set the had been wrongfully open by my friend (which she took one set for herself, white color. they mistakenly open a black one)

so i refuse. i told her this is open box condition not a new set already, no matter what reason she want to tell me i wont accept unless she willing to give me at discounted price. she refuse. so i ask her to bring another set but according to her thats the only 32gb left.

the i think fast and ask her for 64gb. so she brought out 64gb. i pass to her my credit card. while waiting for her to swap, i received sms telling the transaction was successful. so i went to her and ask hows everything settle? she said cannot. transaction fail and the terminal ask to remove the card. then i show the sms i got from the bank.

i straight away call bank and they confirm the transaction was successful and they ask the merchant (celcom) to check with bank and call the number stick at the terminal. so they did. it was quite a situation where that lady keep talking and talking with the bank until the bank finally found that the transaction was successful but during printing out all of sudden the terminal timeout causing it cant record the transaction and cant print out. so the bank proceed to void the transaction and ask to swipe again.

i can tell from the behaviour of that lady, she ask me to open it myself and check while she straight away went in busying herself. i think she wants to avoid from getitng to replace the iphone should it have any scratch. but i dont want to create any problems, so just cross finger open it myself and lucky me, the phone is perfect.

then it all went smoothly.

now a happy iphone 64gb user.

what does it mean by activation?

is that referring to line activation? because if it is then mine was activated within few hours. now enjoying the 3g connectivity

i think u should check with celcom straight away.

Now I know why all said celcom is slowpoke and service poor. Even MNP to celcom also need 3-5days to process. Previously all my mnp to maxis /digi all can be done in1 day. Submit my application at early morning Sunday until now they say haven't process my application yet....thumbs up..

Call up their service line to check on something, they can't answer me on the spot and said will cal me back within 24 hours. The question I throw to him is what is the duration of mnp porting process? He can't answer me on the spot as according to him that time is celcom high call value time and need to know the nature of call. As they all busy no time to entertain me WTF!!!!!

Mine retain same no but upgrade from sub line to principle line.take less than 24hrs but more than 6hrs.i keep turn off and on my iPhone 5 and lastly it activated. Don't forget to off ur previous sim card
