The only figure for us to see is the device discount before you purchase either with plan or outright.
And Data? I dont use data up to 2gb per month even though im full time tethering 8-5pm x 5 days. In the event of burst i can always topup rm15/1Gb or rm50/5gb but so far didnt happen.
It all come back to how is your usage and your cash flow. Rm 411 is not that much considering that you may need to spend an extra rm10-20 per month on voice calls. In 10-20 months its going to be equivalent, but after that you start paying more long term.

But they giving out some rebate at least to cover some of your extra voice usage, which in return will benefit all of us. I believed all 3 telcos did their research before rolling out their plan and package. So I believed Celcom came out with this plan to suit majority of their current iphone4,4s subscriber. As for me, i dont think i fully utilized the 3000/6000 mins call or sms, so i think this new plan is really suit my needs and usage.
We have 3 telcos and all of them offering a very competitive plan/package to end user. If we are not happy with telco C, nobody forcing us to stick with telco C and now we can even maintain our number and move to a different telco. This is a winning situations for us as a customer. The choice is yours.

The choice is yours. Well, i do agree how those big 3 already done research regarding the plan they're going to roll. It's just that this is not the Celcom plans that we saw and love before. Simply put, this not so Celcom-ish. Most other Celcom plans, even the previous iPhone plans, are pretty generous in minutes and sms. Well, it's just a bit hard to swallow for existing loyal Celcom customers who's already on the network for their ample perks prior iPhone 5.

Ayam sceptical about the discount.
Last time 4/4S 16gb device was 1300 now ip5 is 1788 = that makes 488 difference
24 motnhs contract Rebate 98 - 73 = 25 x 20 = 500
After 20 months you will feel the pinch.
