Got Soul Black (Ultra Silke) and free SP and cloth along today. It took about 10 working days to arrive.

First impression when open was it was well taken cared off. It was placed in those bubble plastic (can't remember what it is called) for protection. Really surprised me cos even I buy stuff from eBay I don't get that and worst case, it was international shipping. So yes 1 point here

Second, it was sealed up and can see the sticker was not cut. So great. Another point.

Last is service. This guy really has some good service. I myself from service industry and thus, service is always my main priority. Everytime I pm-ed him about the shipment he will reply (except once when I ask for more freebies but that was fine....understandable! ) He did immediately reply me in LYN saying the tracking number on the day he post to me.

So, yup. Great service from this guy in Penang. Cheers my bro! Guess I found a friend in Penang huh
