Added on September 30, 2011, 11:22 pmi put on my Glas Series Protector but there is some problem. My screen is not as sensitive before and i cant press the bottom icon. Is this normal?
Do i need to put the screen protector first before applying the Glas Series Protector?

Hi there,

What do you mean by Capsule White and Glas White is not the same?
Did you put double layer of screen protector? I mean did you remove your current screen protector before applying the Glas?

You should only apply the Glas without any other screen protector as it already act as a screen protector, or else it will be too many layers there and the
screen became not sensitive is normal.
If you applied a plastic screen protector on top of the Glas, please remove it by using scotch tape.

By the way, if you are using your phone during charge it is normal for the screen to become not sensitive, it also happens to every touch screen phone with or without screen protector

The white for ultra capsule and glas series protector white is not the same white. The glas series screen protector white is a bit more yellowish. Anyway, i like the Ultra Capsule very much.

i did not put any extra screen protector when applying the Glas. The sensitivity of my screen is tested when i am charging my phone last night. Like you said that my phone is not sensitive during charging, not the Glas fault. Scare me....tot that got problem with my screen.

I wonder why i didn't have this problem last time.....
