Looks like I have to go. Ruben wants to send his classical guitar there (with a Steve Vai wannabe vine inlays painted on), but needs me to send it there as he is working there..... so I have to hide my face when I send it in. tongue.gif

But need to send my LP-100 for a pickup height readjustment and screw change, so yeah...... will be there at around 4.30 if anyone wants to meet up.

you cant be serious about sending a guitar in for pickup height adjustment?
are you?

all you need is a screwdriver and a ruler tongue.gif

and since its EMGs, there is no hard rule on how high or low the pickup should be.
you can set it as close as possible if you want, since they're actives.
or set it very low, for a less hotter sound.

Well, one of the screws are drilled out REALLY bad..... very hard to get it out with conventional screwdrivers..... only a powered one.
Sure, I can go to a hardware store, but heck, I can get it done for free. tongue.gif

Plus, just long time since I got it checked.... And again..... see if he can swap the volume and tone knobs like how it SHOULD be done!

first woh fatt installed the pickups the other way around...
now the knobs are reversed too?

and which screw is drilled out?
1 of the 2 screws holding the pickup? or holding the humbucker ring?

if its the pickup one, you can take it out easily from the underside.

Humbucker ring one. You need to pull it out.

And yes, the knobs were messed up too.
