HELPPP Where to get this in KL/Sarawak?, VAPEX - medicine for stuffy/blocked nose

 Where to get this medicine in KL(since im going there nex wik) or in Sarawak (im here)? Bought this in Brunei ..it is great for kids who have blocked nose trouble sleeping at night.. been using this since 2002..works very well with kids..safe also..but cant find here in sarawak... need to get alot of these for precaution.. PLease HELPPPPPPPPPP!!! |

I'm using Nasonex for my nose block. I think its widely available in all pharmacies but you need advice from doctor before using.
