i take smaller portion of things only

i dont wan thin like stick .. but i need to cut down some fat i'm rather chubby ... and wanna slim down to meaty healthy type

that, balance diet and tonnes of water...
maybe jogging/ aerrobic/ dance etc =p

i still not sure .. nowadays i duno what i wan to eat ady ..
