i doubt many would put the price though, mostly will be like "give me your best price please"

still NOT ok... because Market Out there is like cheapo market already.. yet everyone want to move in here and make another small cheapo market again?

even its a cheapo market it still a good opportunity for web programmers to earn some future potential client in here

for client out there, they know better. they pay peanuts they get monkeysss

I'm not sure if you or others have misunderstood the purpose of this thread.

It's for the CLIENTS looking for freelancers. The CLIENTS are the ones who set the budget and post their requirements here. If the client only wants to allocate a budget of RM1000 to create something like Facebook, it's at their own discretion. This thread is just for the CLIENTS to post up jobs they're looking for people to help - not discuss.

Freelancers, studios or agencies can always use the contact method to get in touch with these CLIENTS.

Therefore, YOU engage the CLIENTS at your discretion and talk it over the contact method. Simple.
