Dear Contractor / Experience members, My friend who is an ID is kind enough to assist me in drawing up a floor plan since I have yet to obtain my house key till early July + this is a subsale house so the 1st owner lost the original floor plan by developer...we visited last week.

I need to know the cost & quotation to make decision so that my renovation process can start immediately once i obtain my house key


1) Labour Cost to break existing front door and make it to wider 2 door (Door by own)
2) Cost to break existing slidding glass door and change to window (Everything)
3) Cost to close up existing vacant space stair case + change the stair case from (plastic + wood) to cement (Everything)
4) Labour cost Extend kitchen another 18 x 7 feet (refer floor plan) + window & grill (Door by own)
5) Labour Cost to hack & replace living hall tile to 2 x 2 tile (tile by own)
6) Labour cost to hack & replace kitchen area tile to 1 x 2 tile (tile by own)
7) Plaster Ceiling L Box Design + wiring for Living Room
8) Plaster Ceiling L Box Design + Wiring for Master Bedroom
9) Plaster Ceiling Flat for the remaining whole house.
10) Labour cost to hack & replace all washroom tile to 1 x 2 tile and tile up to ceiling (tile by own)
11) Labour cost to hack & replace all washroom WC & Shower head & hand basin (WC, Shower head & hand basin by own)
12) Cost to reshellec / polish existing parque wood on upper floor (all rooms)
13) Break car porch existing gate and change to wider gate block. (gate & auto gate machine own)
14) Labour cost to tile 2x2 ft tile on car porch, no need hacking existing is lawn and cement (tile own)
15) Alarm System for the whole house (suggest pls)
16) Kitchen Cabinet + Garnite Top (black galaxy prefer or any cool suggestion) as per Furniture Layout plan design with a small bar counter facing dining area (Hood & Hob own)
