Hi guys.. I suppose to receive my car yesterday. Somehow my SA told me failed to submit Tax via online?? Not able to get the Hak Milik Letter? So can’t go to JPJ for inspection???  Last Tuesday he told me that the car is already arrived in their store room and I may come to collect it yesterday, but he gave me those excuse when I arrive his showroom with no call to inform. My feeling was so down since yesterday after a long wait. From Tuesday till yesterday, the tax failed to submit? WTF!!! Anyone know what is the tax he mention or just bluff me?

He also convinced me that he will try to submit it Monday early morning and if everything goes smooth, probably will get my car by Tuesday/Wednesday...  As you guy know, I'm already waited the car since 5th Dec booking. What can I do if he still finding excuse to 'entertain' me? Should I make complain to Honda Malaysia?

Just received call from my SA, the reason of the tax cert not approve is due to the IMA battery with this new batch which installed with Civic hybrid battery. There are 8 insights in their store facing this issue due to shortage of insight battery. He said I will receive a letter Honda Malaysia these few days on the delaying. Either wait for insight battery or new batch with the right battery.  Really bad luck for me...

This morning made a complain to HM, the officer also said this is unusual for waiting 6 months and he will check with the dealer/SA.. 2 hours later, my SA called and told me car will be ready to collect next week.

Yes I was referring to the mainframe of the seats being same.
As both seats have the same plastic back support and design.

Yeah , RM2K++ is for the entire seat. No parts separately sold as the seat is from Japan. So if order have to order the whole thing, well thats what I was told la, as I enquired if they would replace the faulty part inside, or would they replace the whole seat. They gave me the whole seat at the end.

My SA has bank in a cheque to me from HM on the battery change, because the dealer already paid first so that they can change the battery for me earlier. Now I will need to transfer back the money to the SA.. weird right... 
1. Why the dealer need to pay first to get the battery.
2. Why the cheque is to me not to the dealer.
