Is this kind of tire expensive??

Actually i am getting my insight soon....but currently still thnking whether its a good choice compare with city o not...
Afraid future maintenance cost will be high. eg. battery, electric motor (reliability unknow), others parts..

Hopefully can get my insight soon also..haha
