20km/l is good enough if you're living in KL.
Me even living in small town without traffic jams can achieve around 21km/l.
25km/l can only be done on 100% highway @ 60-80km/h. That was considered travelling straight from Johor to Perlis (775km) for 10 hours.
Quite odd your service mileage. Wasnt it suppose to be done on every X 5K basis?
I WISH i could get 20km/L... up in Penang island, am stuck in traffic 95% of the time, A/C on manual mode, Eco on 90%, I can only average 16 km/L Me even living in small town without traffic jams can achieve around 21km/l.

of course, i do tend to drive fast, esp with ah bengs, who like to cut in w/out signalling... so I have tendency to introduce them to the powerrrr of 121+78 Nm torque from standing start
