stupid gov cannot find this logic

any recommendations other than changing dns??

seems my network (uni network) starts to hardblock some of sites like wrzbb and megaupload, even after changing dns. but strange it doesnt block fileserve and depositfiles

and yeah, any proxy sites or proxy prog like tor didnt works as well ,
as my Uni networks hard blocks all those who wanna attempt to do proxy as well.

any pro that can bypass the block?? i knew some of u are really pro at this.
