decided to create a journal here to keep myself motivated to work harder. my main plan is to just control my calorie intake, cant really do those portion control or those more complicated diets as i have limited time to prepare those foods, therefore my diet is rather simple

height: 172 cm
weight: 107kg (as at 15/4/2011)

meal:
breakfast: low fat cereal + low fat milk / oat
lunch: normal meal
dinner: same as breakfast
in between meals: biscuits, fruits, etc. anything with low calorie

20 min cardio 4 times per week

after going with this plan on and off for a few weeks, current stat as at 29/5/2011 is as below:

weight: 97kg

going to start keeping a active journal as per today

30/5/2011

breakfast: cereal + low fat milk
lunch: chicken rice
dinner: cereal + low fat milk
in between meals: none

exercise:
30 min of cardio alternating between slow jog and walk (my stamina still s*cks so cant run much)

any comments are welcomed

current short term goal: 90 kg by 7/7/2011
weight as at 15/4/2011: 107kg
weight as at 29/5/2011: 97 kg
weight as at 2/6/2011: 96 kg
weight as at 5/6/2011: 95 kg

note: have been taking a lot of cereal lately since getting lazy to prepare oat

dinner: 2 pieces hotdog bread

workout: 20 min jog around housing area (iphone went haywire at the 20th min and i stopped to check on it)

weight as at 2/6/2011: 96 kg

lunch: 2 piece of dumplings
dinner: none (not feeling well so skipped eating)

workout:
morning - 20 min jog
evenings - 15 min running in place since its raining outside

weight as at 4/6/2011: 95.5 kg

workout:
20 min running in place at home (raining outside again)
flat chest presses 100x4kg
flat chest flies 50x4kg

note: gotta get new dumbbells and plan my workout before doing it instead of doing it blindly

weight as at 5/6/2011: 95kg

Monday 13/6/2011

well been outstation past few days so havent been working out much and didnt get to update here too. finally got the chance to run again today. feels so good to be out there running again rclxms.gif

breakfast: 1 glass low fat milk
lunch: 1/2 bowl rice + 2 vege + fish
dinner: 1/4 bowl rice + vege + egg + chicken + 1 glass low fat milk

workout:
40 min jog

note:
-weight have been yoyo-ing between 95kg - 97kg for the past few days, no idea what happened. but heck screw the scale im not gonna get demotivated and will keep going forward toward my goal!
-gonna continue running for the week, will go get a set of dumbbells during weekend and can kick start my new workout next week

note: at last manage to break my barrier, manage to jog non stop for 10 min. hope can get to 15 min next week
