I wonder who are the targeted market for? It's supposed to be a replacement for N900? If so, this device strays far away from N900 users expectation... First off, no hardware keyboard, it's a big turn off. The specs looks dated, and by the time it's actually launch, I wonder what's the common/general specs in the market.
Anyway, the MeeGo is not the actual MeeGo, it's actually a Maemo6/Harmattan, hence MeeGo Harmattan. It's said to be MeeGo "compatible"; From the technical/developer side, Harmatten uses the same packaging system as Maemo (deb), while MeeGo uses rpm packaging system (Linux users should be familiar with this).
No hardware keyboard is the biggest disappointment. But I heard the developers version will have physical keyboard.Anyway, the MeeGo is not the actual MeeGo, it's actually a Maemo6/Harmattan, hence MeeGo Harmattan. Specs looks alright.I kinda expected single core since Nokia always used TI's processors before this & TI's 4XXX's was just launced.
I'm not worried about the CPU.Even with the dated Cortex A8 CPU in N900 we managed to rock it so far with minor issue haven't we?
We'll know more once someone from Maemo Talk managed to get the phone.

The resolution is good liao, better than my SGS.
You still have your brick N900 ma? Now I can live without keyboard after using touch-based phone for so long. Looking on the UI, it's for mass consumer, bit geeky than android user though. For a girl, maybe it's not for them.

Agree, good browser and good camera = win for me

Certainly UI is suited for mass consumer.
Just add in Angry Birds it'll be sold.
No N9's camera photo sample so far?
