See the video itself. When Smashpop typed the Url in the browser, it goes full screen, instead of the usual split screen set up we used to see before.
This practice isn't new. In fact, the current batch of Symbian^3 devices in Europe already have partial split screen keyboard support, as seen in the homescreen Search widget as well as the Opera Mobile 11. But that was not the case for our set. The same also held true for Smart Dialling support (Present in Europe set, not present in ours)

I hope I'm wrong here. Oh boy, really pray that I'm wrong now.

It does not feel like fast forwarded. Comparing it with N8, X7 loads Fruit Ninja slightly faster. Not sure how much difference it made because not sure where he installed it and whether or not, LITE vs FULL made any difference during loading.

Anyway, the menu did improve, on the timing I would say. There must be some tweak to the response time for the animation in-between. If you turn of THEME EFFECT, you can get even faster speed. Wait for PR2 and all the question marks in your head will be solved. There wont be miracles when its running basically the same hardware.

any suggestions? planning to bring it to nokia care... do you guys know ohw long it takes to fix firmware issues?

u know dark side forum got a thread show those games save files are at which private folders right? If i backup those folders for my angry birds and fruit ninja, then i hard reset my phone, install back the games and put back those folders... Will my game data be restored?

suppose it will... but u must first hack ur phone to access the private folder (C:/E:)...

reli? I think I've seen some of the private folders there before.. Or maybe I've remembered wrongly. Hmmm..
