FF6 was good, but FF7 will always be my favourite.

QUOTE(sklchan @ Jun 22 2011, 01:18 PM) not really goes through all the FF series, I've only play below title during my time: SNES holds a few really, REALLY good RPGs.1. FF VII (emulator?) 2. Chrono Trigger (SNES Emulator) 3. FF X (PS Emulator) Theres Final Fantasy 6, Chrono Trigger, Legend of Lufia 1 and 2, Tales of Phantasia, Legend of Mana, Secrets of Evermore. One of my super personal favourite: Earthbound (Or known as Mother 2 in Japan). This was one of the best for me, of all time. It's funny, well written. And its sets on modern day, so the weapons of choices are amongst yoyo, baseball bats and frying pans. And you get money by telling your father stories of your adventures via pay phone (which also becomes save points), he will then deposit it into your account. The money you have to withcraw using ATM. I also remember the most useless move in the entire game (Pray) is actually the key in winning the final battle. http://www.flyingomelette.com/reviews/snes/earthbound.html Good times. Nowadays games only have great graphics, but crappy storylines, lousy gameplay and characters without any depths. This post has been edited by emino: Jun 22 2011, 02:21 PM |

Have you played the sequel, Chrono Cross on PSX? Quite nice too, with almost 100 playable characters. |
