The people who complained about low volume - what devices are you using?

However,
Please note that we recommend our users to actually leave Viber open at all times. If you use Viber relatively frequently, then it's actually not such a good idea to rely on Push Notifications because of 2 main reasons: 1. Push Notifications actually use battery life also, sometimes even more than Viber idling in the background. 2. Relying on Push Notifications can damage Viber's functionality (there are sometimes problems with them due to issues with Apple). That's why we recommend to leave Viber open, but the decision is yours of course. |

We haven't encountered a special problem regarding Viber's volume. We are not sure what you mean.i'm running on iOS 4.3.3, at first I thought it was a hardware flaw, I guess it's not anymore All volume settings should be controlled using iPhone's settings, and the volumes should be identical to the ones on regular cellular calls/texts. |

Have not got a chance to use this Viber. I'm still waiting my GF to purchase 1 iPhone.
Then maybe can try and use this App to the Max. To Viber Team, keep up the good job and support. Really appreciate your hardwork. Good luck for future development. |

QUOTE(sugen @ Jul 27 2011, 05:38 PM) wao.. REALLY?!! Viber is located in Cyprus, with representation in the United States also.1 Viber number can only be assigned to 1 device simultaneously. This means that in order to register Viber on your iPad, you'll need some other number to register with (an old cell number, family's, friend's, home number, etc.) This way you'll have 2 different numbers for 2 different Viber accounts. |

QUOTE(sugen @ Jul 28 2011, 10:18 AM) Yes, it can.Instructions: 1. connect to WiFi from your iPad/iPod. 2. download and install Viber app. when asked for your number, enter your regular cellphone's number, then confirm. 3. an SMS message with the code will be sent to your regular cellular phone. 4. take that code and use it in your iPad/iPod. Viber will then be activated, and you're good to go. * this means that if anyone dials your number on Viber, you will get the call on your iPad/iPod. |
