spec wise, is this much better than x5?
*
I would say it's about the same unless Huawei equiped it with a QSD8255, what different is unibody back and Gingerbread.

Regards of Huawei's mediapad, if huawei priced it right, might get it if its available. smile.gif

Lemme recall whats inside of mediapad
QSD8260 1.2ghz dual core
1gb ram, 8gb internal, 4400mah Li-ion, 7" IPS, and of course 3.2 honeycomb under the hood, great specs is for sure, huawei i think will price it nice. smile.gif

Yeah, use Snapdragon or Desire HD/Z game files, but some games are proven too much for X5

NOVA 2
Dungeon Hunter 2
Asphalt 6 Adrenaline

Lag intensively, and some games are not working for X5.

Brothers In Arm 2
Spiderman Total Mayhem
Modern Combat 2 Black Pegasus
Let's Golf 2

i mean got no any other data which is belonged to the game left out

by using file manager,
no file is shown in the left tab(phone) catagory
but my internal phone storage is only left 874 MB

i asked the same question last time
but that time my internal phone storage was 900 MB
and there was no file shown in the phoe catagory too

Direct DL the SD files and place it in gameloft/games/

Will make your day easier...

anyone know how to make the game data files workable? thanks.
*
Ok, now DL the SD data, unzip it once its done, it should be in folder named like this, eg GloftSOHP. (Do not rename the folder)
Now install the game apk files, runs it for the first time, as it will create a path to gameloft's games data files, dont finish the DL thou.
Make sure u conncet to Wifi, transfer the game data file to the path created just now, to be more specific, \mnt\sdcard\gameloft\games
Run the game again as it will verified the game data and u're good to go.

However, make sure the game apk and game data files is suitable with X5, Snapdragon/Desire Z or HD or u're wasting your time.
Above guide is for Gameloft's games only. Regards

Ok, about MoDaCo B137 custom r3, so far so good i'm using, no bug i detect till now, thou the stock launcher scrolling is abit clumsy, replaced it with GO and its good, max OC for the rom is 1.5ghz, i set it at 1209mhz with some battery tweak profiles and it work well, cooler and less power hungry compare to stock B136, quadrant at 1.2ghz quote at 2104. Wifi, network, works well too.

I flash it today also, pretty good. I like it, no bugs yet. my quadrant was 1800 at 1.2 ghz. battery seems to be fine as well.

btw I installed NOVA2 just now. It is taking too long to load, around 4-6 minutes to begin new game. Is there any way to fix it?  lazy to wait aa
*
Mine too to be honest, its NOVA optimization against our phone, take like forever in the loading scene.

How to you know that u already flash new ROM.

Well. I did try to flash the NEW B137-R3 several time, I don't know weather I success flash to B137 or not. I did check the BUILD No change to MoDaCo Custom ROM U8800 r3 & Version is CUSTC38D001.

I did wat U guy say, upgrade the ClockWorkMode to 4.0.0.5 version, then choose update from SD Card, but process aborted. I did try few time, also same. I need to choose install .zip from SD card then can success. After success install it, I check my phone & xtra 2 NEW app - Car Home & Spare Parts. 1 more thing, be4 I flash, when in idle mode (black screen), only need to press the volume button then can wake the phone, but after I flash, only can press the Power button if U need to wake the phone.

So, have I success flash to B137?
*
Well u can check phone status for start.
Baseband 129005
Kernel 2.6.32.9-perf
Build MoDaCo Custom ROM for U8800 r3
Custom CUSTC38D001
And of course Android version 2.2.2

This rom is fast and stable, easily recommended. smile.gif

Did the way to wake the phone from idle mode only can press the POWER button, & not like the ORI way - press the VOL button?
*
Yeap, they disable the volume key to wake phone thingy, its good in my opinion.

what s/w u all used to backup yr data/etc?

Nope, no need to wipe dalvik cache and data, just do a nandroid backup in recovery in case u want to revert to B136.

All i can say is...the earphone attached along with the package is the most lousy out of all phone i bought before lol, lack of bass and incredibly low in loudness is just unacceptable, well i just use my xperia play handsfree as a replacement, dont bother lol.
