1. eat
2. eat more
3. eat more n more

stay away from weight gainer. not to say they dun work, but if u oni count on supplements and eat shitty junk food most of the time u r goin nowhere. eating right is part of ur training

i do agree with silent..the supplement only act as catalyst..if you dont eat proper diet..you wont gain your weight

so..my advice..take heavy diet and weight gainer supplement

stuffs like serious mass really help to gain weight.. btw all shitty junk can help to gain weight.. but not the way u want lol laugh.gif

fyi i took serious mass. stopped it. weight gainers contain wayyyy to much simple sugars n low quality protein. u wan weight gaining shake? buy normal whey, add lots of caloric dense food to it (nuts, olive oil, oats, banana) at least u know u r downing whole food. i dare not risk my health drinking something tat contains ingredients tat is unknown to me

u count on ur determination to eat right n train right, not counting only on supplemnts to do their job. their name explains everything. they assist in ur diet, but it isnt their job to replace ur diet

eat healthy, quality resting, keep workingout
dun gain weight via unhealthy food (oily food, supper..), u will regret later...goodluck bro
