most likely count shipping by the box size containing all the leds for 1 buyer
btw, forgot to mention, they incure a 10% tax on every purchase
*

Second time i'm saying this, but, why not buy from Taobao? blink.gif

10 yuan each, which is less than RM5 per LED. Might just save yourselves more on shipping by asking someone from Bulk Orders to bring them in.

MG OO Raiser now marks the 144th MG, i'd say MGs are rather releasing faster than it used to be ;p
*

From the recent interview, they're slowing down on MGs to make way for RGs. Instead of 12 MGs a year, we get only 9 to 10. So MG Turn X would be another 5~6 years wait. sweat.gif

Still waiting for the Heavyarms, but the small head (Wing series) kinda turn off (have to think twice of Epyon now) if you put side by side with UC's MS. I like UC proportionality cool.gif
*

Small head because they're small-sized Gundams? Would be weird if they had big heads. sweat.gif

QUOTE(hyzam1212 @ Jun 21 2011, 09:20 AM)
Since Gundam Unicorn series are starting to continue the battle on earth, what MS (another MG wishlist) can we expect for the ground units and others? Bandai seems wanted to complete the HG line for the Unicorn series
*

That seems to be their plan. Either that, or produce the silly-looking Gundams from 00 and GPB...

Anyway, review of the HG Aegis:

I almost picked it up last time, but i was convinced that the kit would be bad/flimsy, due to the transformation and GunPla technology back then. The later ones like HG Destiny and Strike Noir are way better.

Are we here to discuss Gundam & Mecha Modelling, or our objective shifted to flooding the thread to 2500 posts and create v20... v21... v22... v23...?
*

I totally agree with you, Ng. I don't get what's the hype about starting a new thread. Are we racing against the Transformers or Hot Wheels thread? I don't know... rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(nazrul90 @ Jun 22 2011, 05:53 PM)
i think Qan[T] have more cons rather than pros sad.gif
*

That's a fugly bad kit. Bandai knows it. Even in all the official pictures, the ridiculously skinny waist is not shown. It's usually blocked by the weapon or something else in the background to make it look less obvious. Don't believe me? See for yourself.

QUOTE(afsarudy @ Jun 22 2011, 06:21 PM)
My reason doing gunpla?
Because I was attracted by the designs and mechanic used.
And most important thing, because it takes so much effort for the engineer to think a way to mold it and how to make it easier yet challenging for us to build it.
I damn respect gundam engineer!! notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif
*

You and i think alike. cheers.gif

QUOTE(copycat013 @ Jun 22 2011, 07:37 PM)
Can someone help me how to insert decals on any gunpla. . .
I'm trying to understand why do you need to put the decals on or in some type of liquid?? ( i'm really sorry i don't know the terms )

QUOTE(shauno @ Jun 22 2011, 08:38 PM)
i'm gonna disagree with the tutorials. i think setter is only optional if your decals don't adhere properly. the more important one is mr mark softener.. if you had more cash to spare, get THAT instead
*

He never mentioned Mr. Mark Setter being compulsory, shauno.

QUOTE
If you’ve got cash to spend, try using Mr Mark Setter. To use it, apply some on the surface of your gunpla before you apply the water-slide decal (before step [3]). Then you apply some directly on top of your decal (after step [4]). The purpose of Mr Mark Setter is to make the decal stick better to your gunpla surface and to give the appearance that the decal was actually ‘painted’ on your gunpla. It’s just optional, the decals still look fine without it.

The non-porous surface of plastic makes the default glue on the decals not sticky enough. If you've painted it, it should be sticky enough. Otherwise, with Mr Mark Setter, it would definitely stick better. Mr Mark Softener is much more useful when applying decals on uneven or curved surfaces.
