my ipad's screen doesnt turn on, but the device itself is already turned on.
i can hear the "charging" sound and the camera shutter sound when i press the home + power button together

this happened after i jailbreak my device with redsn0w tethered 4.2.1


HELPPPPP

Press and hold both sleep and home button for 10 seconds and see whether your iPad reboot. If it's fail, Restore your iPad with the original iOS through iTunes. Jailbreak is fun but make sure you googled and search for instruction with YouTube before the process.

I tried restoring and holding the sleep and power.
Nothing happens !

This sounds bad, but since you have restored back to the original firmware I suggest you send it to the service centre then. May not because of the jailbreak process the caused then problem, it could be a hardware failure.

Got my iPad fixed, sent it to my local Apple Store, don't know what they did, but it's done.
Doesn't cost me a cent. Thanks
