he meant barca can coach them whenever they wan, while he only gets 90min coaching time with the youngsters.

i've read from the SOS that 'Typically the 14 year-old boys will train for six hours a week and play a game of 90 minutes.' in barca's academy.

also, barca has their own hostel, which build strong ties between the boys from young. At the age of 8, the coaching emphasis is both on mastering control of the ball and the need to understand tactics. No wonder xavi iniesta messi busquet fabregas etc are so good on the ball. lol
