Screenshots taken from Samsung Singapore FB fanpage, the handset is on demo at Samsung's flagship store in VivoCity. Says I9101 comes with 1GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU and PowerVR SGX 540 GPU. Note the amount of user-available RAM is 927MB.
However, Samsung says The GALAXY S II I9100 16GB Exynos/SMOLED+ is set to be released this June at S$998 w/GST without contract. Samsung Singapore FB Attached thumbnail(s)
