Just check the history pg of weather underground or any other weather website can dy. Depending on early, mid or end Feb lor. Early Feb probably still cold ~ 10-12C, Mid Feb ~ 15C & late Feb ~ 18C for eg:

Hot-lah. I sked going those temperate countries liao during summer.. Once is enuf..  ..U dunwan to suffer similar to a wk or 2 ago in m'sia.. hot weather wth temperature tocuhing 40C

End of Spring ~ Late Nov till Early Dec.. Temp Ok-lah almsot like Genting liao.. When I was there in Mid Dec.. I was so dissapointed wth the weather.. Still hovering ~ 21-26C.. Even on my arrival, the temperature showing 26C..damn so hot in Mid Dec haha.

Well, good luck...The feeling during summe rtime can be as hot as weeks ago in KL wth temp ~ 40C

Same hot meaning you can on cycle during Morning than late Evening nia.. Mid day.. die liao.. I also kenot stand KL mid day cycling..I only cycle in the Mornint or late Evening.

The best place to cycling Taroko Gorge.. but not summer for sure.. As u said.. End of Spring, Autumn or even their mild winter also can but avoid summer.. Not forgetting summer rain & typhoon
