Hi all,

Will be going to Taipei early March next year. Is it too early to see the Cherry Blossoms? Where is the best place to see them?

Thanks!

it should be juz nice, one of the best places i guess will be Yangmingshan.

I'm going there march too, for pre-wedding photoshots (with sakura !) biggrin.gif

i need hotel recommendation too at taipei or ximending.
then at hualien/sun moon lake/cing jing area as well
thanks in advance!

and for the money changing in taiwan. do they accept singapore dollars as much as they accept us dollars?
*
Money changers in airport accept most currencies.

If u wanna change SGD in Taipei city, u can do it at ShinKong Mitsukoshi (新光三越) of Taipei Main Station, just that the rate is kinda low.

room is OK, location wise a bit distance from main attraction spots but still walkable, while the staff services is very good - they provide free shuttle services to and from the MRT station.

technically, 'Taipei Airport' refers to Shongshan Airport.

for ur flight AA is going to Taoyuan Airport. From there u can take bus to HSR Taoyuan Station.
