Hi, i'm looking to start buying comics, and am keen on getting amazing spider man #1 when it comes out. May I know who are the retailers around klang valley (subang/1utama area if possible) that regularly stocks comics and how long after they come out in US would they be available in Malaysia?

Also, what titles are usually stocked at the comic shops in Malaysia? Or do they all operate on a pre-order basis?

Hey guys, curious question.

Recently started to develop love for Scarlet Witch and looking to get into her backstory, noticed she's got a comic series in 2015 by Robinson dedicated to her.

My question, where can I possibly find her comics in Klang Valley, if possible? Checked out Kinokuniya and realize they were fetching a price of RM70 each, which is stupid, what more the entire collection is incomplete. Noticed a few people selling her comics, but in loose issues for a cheaper price, like 80% cheaper. Checked on Ebay too, some people are selling the whole series for RM190++ which is still cheap when you consider there's 15 series, but shopping is incurring an extra 200-300+.

So where can I find any shops within Klang Valley who might be carrying the entire series for the comic? Or perhaps is someone looking to sell the series in full set maybe?

I am getting the Deluxe Edition hardcovers for Wonder Woman 750 and Flash 750... skipping the anniversary issues for Robin, Catwoman, and Joker

Can't be bothered by what's hot and what's not... only ordering whatever piques my interest.

Already annoyed enough as it is that I can no longer buy Marvel titles because their characters are almost unrecognizable these days... and I can't fathom why characters like Harley Quinn and Deadpool are so popular.

It REALLY does sound bad... and I do not see them maintaining it for more than two years anyway.

However, I am interested to see how they can tie Doomsday Clock, Flash Forward, Justice/Doom War, Year of the Villains, and Dark Nights: Death Metal together.

Bad enough the Marvel Universe has become unrecognizable, I don't want DC to do the same.

Doomsday Clock is just Geoff Johns postulating his own personal future of the DCU. I wouldn't put too much weight on it.

Same applies to Donny Cates' Thor # 2 as well.

I would chalk it as just fan service.

I don't see Marvel and DC having any sort of collaboration ever again outside of charity projects like those after 9/11.
