Ever had the urge to hang your favorite comic book collection on the wall, but the specialized comic book frames bought from the stores are too pricey? Now you can with this ridiculously easy hack:

Hey yo poeple! Never knew this thread existed.

I've been trying to find the mind shop in center point and their shop isn't there anymore. Where else can I buy comics? I'm use to going to kinokuniya.

Any recommendations?

A friend of mine runs an online only comic shop, you can check 'em out at https://www.facebook.com/DevilComics
Exchange rate is much lower than what Comic Corner offers wink.gif

Only downside is it is all preorders only, very limited back issues and ready stock

Thanks for the replies guys!

It's really sad to see how all the physical stores are closing down, the whole trip of going to the store, picking the books, browsing and everything is the magic of comic book stores. :/

But again, thank you guys.

Comic Mart at 3rd floor Mid Valley Megamall still carries comic books, though nowadays their specialization is in tabletop RPG games such as Warhammer and D&D.

Lil' Monsters at Jaya Shopping Center carries comics too, and will help you to pre-order any solicitation from their Previews catalogue. Their service is top of the notch too.

If you're looking a community to trade rare or limited edition comics, you can try Apokolips Galleria, Earth 638, and Comics And Hobby Island page on Facebook.

condition that it arrives in looks like what ? can we ruturn if it is bad or "once sold no return policy" ?

The supplier is reputable for bombproof packaging with conforming foams to prevent any damage to the books:

Books usually arrive in mint condition. I will demand for refund or partial refund for any damaged books.

Return is out of the question for us in Malaysia as the postage rate is just ridiculous
This is from my own experience trying to return a book:
US to MAL ----> $20~$30 for 3~6 weeks delivery by air
MAL to US ----> RM70 for 3~6 months delivery by sea

Many 1980's and 1990's comics for sale. Bought mainly from comics shops and plastic bagged. Some have backing boards. Main titles are Superman series (Superman, Adventures, Man of Steel, Action etc), Batman series (Batman. Detective, Legends of Dark Knight etc), Xmen series (Xmen, X-factor, Uncanny X-Men etc), early Image Comics, Dark Horses comics and many many many more. PM me if you are looking for comics in the 80's and 90's era

OK, some are:

Amazing Spiderman:
300, 313 - 347 and some are in Trade Paperbacks
TPBK : Alien Costume, Kraven's Last Hunt, Death of Jean DeWolff and Sould of the Hunter
Annual: 23 & 24

X-Factor: 32, 41,42, 60-133, Annual 6-9
New Mutants : 64=68, 72,75, 93-100, Annual 2,3,4 and 7

After that if I'm not mistaken New Mutants became X-Force which I have:
1-64, Annual 1 and 2
Excalibur also got
Uncanny X-Men : 238 - 352

Batman: 401 - 488, however if you're looking for Batman Year 1, those issues are in a TPBK and so is "A Death In the Family" . If you're looking for Batman Year 2, I have all the issues but those are Detective Comics

Detective Comics: 575 - 656
Batman Adventures : 1
Batman Shadow of the Bat : 1-9
Legends of the Dark Knight 1 - 41

Many more. You can ask me if you are looking for some other titles and I will check my list

i do disagree, there is a HC collection that is not from the 1950s that is still very in demand due to limited prints. Miracleman

a value of the book actually depends on the print run and how many of them have survived with good to near mint conditions

even in the 60s 70s and 80s there are tons of books that are very well sought after, most notably the indy publishers

like vampi, elf quest, cerebus etc.

cukur finally Marvel reprints the long out-of-print 1980s Miracleman.

but LOL at the "The Original Writer" credits.

Alan Moore sure don't like ppl making money from his works...

I just finished book 2, and will start on book 3 later tonite...
