Hi all any members send they ipad2 for warranty( screen bleeding) to epi center at pavillion ? already get the replacement?
my 1 send it on 6 may until now still no info updated from them! mad.gif

I did it because iPad had problem with microphone and screen bleeding, but i did it with Machines i bought there! So replacement takes around 8 days! After 5 days they called me and asked reference number from Apple care, i called there and took it than called back to Machines and provided reference number for replacement and after 3 days i took my new device!!
This my story! Good luck!
Call them and ask what you must provide for replacement!

You should F them. These resellers aint responsible for the warranty. What they did is sent them to Apple Authorised Service Center who will then sent them to Singapore to be replaced. Unless they really can replace it with a Full Retail version for you. Otherwise I dont see the reason for the waiting time.

I sent mine to VR Tech for screen bleeding issue and get a replacement (not retail box) in a week.
