hi bro,

1. i need some help to budget the concrete roof with tiles will cost to see whether i can afford or not.

the area is very small, it should be 14x16 and 12 height.

a)currently mine is ajiya awning, i want to do like the one i circled in red and side closed with cement/tempered glass.


b)if do cheap one like this, how much will it cost?


2. my door currently at yellow box place, if i want to move like the one in picture, how much?



3. my ceiling on living room not rata, last time electrician do wiring and the patch the hole the dug in ugly way. it is normal ceiling, i googled i think it is or similar to popcorn ceiling.
tak rata macam circled in red, yellow is actual place of tak rata, but have fan and light there. size is about the same as picture. if rata it how much? possible diy?
