After upgrade to 2.2.3 gingerbread, i've deleted old version malaysia & singapore map to replace new version map, ie. v 5.759. Premium Nagivation have re-activated. But under Navigation Tab; Singapore and Malaysia = Perpetual, Worldwide = Expires 03/07/2011. It's ok? please advice & comment. TQ

hi sifus,

planning to flash latest vivo rom, currently on ARHD 3.2 (so old i know)..ehehe.

do i need flash anything else beside vivo ROM? how about the ext4 thing?

need use cwm 3.2.0.0 ext4??

Just wipe data/cache partition and also dalvik cache...and later the ROM will auto-format your partition/cache to ext4 automatically nod.gif

So far, super smooth..... GPS locks within 10 secs (less than that).... camera working good, transparent notification panel, camera 3.0 seems all working fine and great..

Hi guys. I have a question to those who have upgraded to gingerbread on stock Rom. Means without any modifications la. Does your phone wipe out after the upgrade? If so can someone please advice what and how to backup? I'm clueless sad.gif thanks in advance!

no need to do backup if u want to upgrade to 2.3.
All settings and files, sms, contacts still there.
menu>settings>about phone>software update

Upgrading would just be the system files and all related, apps and data won't be affected nod.gif

Already set to Max is 1.2 icon_rolleyes.gif ..... LeeDroid kernel really power shocking.gif can goes up to 1.8, no wonder my Battery like drinking water when set to 1.8....

Btw, wher can i know wat is the different CPU governor in SETCPU ? hmm.gif
