honey hd theme .. u using inverted or classic?
the step i doing is as folow .
full Wipe Ext 4 (from lee) > reboot > Flash theme > reboot > flash the sense 3 component is this correct procedure?

LOL. Don't full wipe.  It will wipe all your data. Use EXT4_cache inside LeeDroid thread, clear dalvik cache and cache only. no need clear cache also can. so recovery --> install zip from SD --> choose HoneyHD --> reboot --> recovery again --> clear dalvik cache / cache --> flash Sense 3.0 add-on --> reboot. I'm using the Classic version because i'm using 3rd party home replacement.

A new update will need to have a different way to force access root. Will need to wait for the folks at XDA.. see whether they want to do or not... |

how do u stop the phone from re-downloading the apps after a full wipe and fresh ROM installation?
i read somewhere to disable the option to keep the phone backed to my google account during setup, i did that and apps are still being reinstalled the moment there is data/wifi connection.
