i check internet pic, the Epiphone name, the 'e' at the end suppose not in capital later...and the serial number doesn't exist...

epiphone fakes getting better.
sellers getting smarter.
buyers getting more kiasu.

safest is always to buy from authorised distributors.
never believe anyone who says their epiphones come direct from china.
so in the end, seller earns rm1k, and buyer lose rm1k from buying a fake biggrin.gif

Your's is from INDONESIA. thats why it could be diff...

I've never seen an Indo made epiphone before.. so i cant say on that logo..

more shots? body? cavity?

your camera damn clear . i never heard of epiphone made in indon tho . and theres no QC sticker . im not sure .

everything seems ok cept for the logo.
just wondering when epiphone started using the alternate logo on LP standards.

looks unconvincingly fake to me.. :/ i think the truss rod screw should be between the strings instead of under it.

Looks legit. If u wanna go further inspection, open up the pickups or toggle switch, they will have the Epiphone logo.

I wouldn't mind the headstock logo that much as it's different from each factory. The screw for the pickguard is in the right location (most fakes have screws at the edge of the pickguard) and it is parallel to the two knobs below.

The "O" in his headstock logo is a little strange. It has such a big gap (Like a wedge) compared to the ones I've seen before.
