Construction Cost for 'floating' room, at second floor

Hi,
Need to get a quotation for a construction cost for a 'floating' room at the second floor. My second floor has a very high ceiling (maybe around 20ft), so I want to build a room over it. Size : 8.5 ft x 8.5 ft Guess need to build a staircase as well? Thanks |
