I see alot of design like Southbay Plaza (MAH SING) - Batu Maung
nowday.. but there is nothing like it every build yet in meresia..
hope it they do build it..

i am business in prangin mall for more than 10 years now and i doing business almost 20 years...mostly 99% penang ppl only wan buy where got selling cheap..or cheper than other place...they dun mind travel to all other malls as long as it is cheaper...and 1 more secret to share...in my business experience..most the penang ppl is kiamsap wan..........always ask me......ada baru punya ka??....ada potong lagi kaa?....harga boleh diskaun lagi or harga boleh murah lagi ka??..........so kakaka....knn

kl too expensive the rental and workers is high salary...atleast the worker wan min. salary rm1500/month........


i am the penang ppl wan.....i born here dee.....i hate kl traffic jam..........but i canot brain the penang ppl..........always ask me ada baru punya...harga boleh kurang lagi........even rm5 also wan ask kurang............then they will go jalan jalan find other place got cheper...dun have only then they come buy from me...but they sure ask....ada baru punya?...ada diskaun?....boleh murah??..........they think this shopping mall is tepi jalan lorong kulit style..........
