they will tell u some stories den say 7k is for this n that only. THen u need to add this n that, that is why it is now RM 18k. Quite a common practice, contractors also say they can do this n that for RM 20k while others quoted RM 40k. Then u pay deposit and engage the contractor, you just fell into his trap.
Like what Serofax said "certain things you just cant run away, eg materials." The cost of doin all those stuff would b more than RM 7k, nobody would wanna do biz at a loss. For me, if the deal is too good to be true, i rather walk away than to listen to them and fall into their traps.
Similarly, when u r buying hood and hob, ppl quote u RM 1k, you ask for cheaper, they say ok RM 950 (they remove the hose) den u ask "can give cheaper or not", they say ok RM 900(now they remove the hose & cap).

Anyone here plan to buy hood and hob?? Please aware and do not buy from this guy named Aaron (tel no 012-380234?). His company is Avanza Home Appliances Sdn. Bhd. Located at setapak KL. Recently i just bought a set of rubine hood and hob from him. And unfortunetly i got conned!! Actually this guy is recommended by my mum's friend. He offered me Rm1288. But then i saw HLK is selling the same model at only RM1250. Since he is my mum's friend, and he is so desperate for the sales, and yet he can and want to offer me special price at only RM1200 for the same set. Then i confirmed for the purchase.
Did you know what he actually did to me??? he took off the hose and cap without informing me. I ask him about it and he said because i wanna a cheap price. WTF!!!
The package is actually come with hose and cap. And now he wanted to sell the hose and cap to me at RM88...So, what the point i actually buying from him???? idiot.

I had learned from a big mistake now...Don't be careless and easily trusted anybody. I will never buy anything from this guy anymore forever in my life and will keep on spreading to all my family & friends!!!
