paid deposit $1k 2 weeks ago to kian classic

reason is they quote me only $7k for island kitchen plus kitchen (dry & wet) ..solid surface.. they also went to my house n measure

to cut long story short.. they send me quotation n it was $18k..of course im furious... at 1st said $7k everything ..tat y we are attract to it and agree paid $1k deposit
they said must paid $1k as deposit for the drawing...

this sat morning im going talk to them and ask what happen...

anyone can share how can i solve this issue?

7k verbally.. i find it strange as i keep contact her for many week...she did not give me the quotation....only today i got quotation...

can advice since i already paid $1k deposit...

it come with 3 free wardrobe and there is no cost...

they come out with package where kitchen+3 wardrobe...

that time, she told me $7k for island + kitchen... that y im so interested....some more for solid surface...haha... i plan to cook at my island instead normal kitchen that near window..

thinking of it..i think those add on accessories is the cause of her quotation..and it is super expensive...wonder if i buy ikea accessories and attach to their kitchen..not sure can or not... anyway..going talk to her this sat..see how it goes..

solid surface is cheaper than granite for kian classic shop only

but if u go other kitchen cabinet shop (most of them), they say granite is cheaper than solid surface...so of course i take solid surface....as get gold for the cost of silver..kaka..

they give me LG ...if not mistaken..10 years warranty (cant remember how many years)

totally zero cost for 3 wardrobe and tv cabinet ... that y don need to put...

one thing i don understand is in the quotation she put as below. what she mean by using melamine ABS as per drawing. i know solid surface is the top layer of the table. initial it is zero cost if i use local solid surface. then i ask if other brand like LG, she say can ... say some few dollar per feet (cant remember the terms)...so thought few dollar only ah...then i told her to include..tat time she didnt tell me the total cost if i change to LG solid surface..now that is the hidden part they wont release..

oh..u mean the front cover of the cupboard

meaning they really dishonest..during the sales...they told us is cover in the package..the melamine and solid surface..

hi.. went there last sat.. to cut long story short..i didnt take their so-call package as not worth it..

so my kitchen from 18k become 9k.. even is more 2k but nvm..as my island has increase in width .i wan bigger island since im cooking there...

now headache is where i can get quality island hood with 5 year motor warranty and below $2k

yes it is possible. in the end, i got the same size of kitchen i wanted for $9k.
it will be impossible if i go other kitchen shop like signature kitchen or even IKEA..haha.

well, so far im happy with Kian Classic.. will know how quality once my kitchen install by them...time will tell..

eh..cant blame them....as i wan bigger island than my initial design
and those canggih accessories.... so extra $2k...kinda worth it,...as we don always change kitchen like change car..haha..
