if is verbal and no official quote, like this u need to argue with them and see who win.
But is better to discuss and understand more further details over the cost and specs and job they going to do. Just ask other vendor and quote and compare, if is about the same then you got no choice. Added on May 25, 2011, 1:53 pmmy practice:- no deposit if do not have official quotation. if no official and insist need deposit, i find other ppl.
