erm..try to sweep let's say E chord with the shape of normal D chord one. ..then go down the F chord..then go to G chord..haha...that's how basically i see ppl improvise..But i can only sweep 3 strings..

if not then just play some kind of other riff or play some notes and do some whammy stunt in that split second..
